Our Full Studio is brand new. It’s a dream studio space for creatives. Offerings our natural light windows in addition to the High Quality Light systems with the best ambiance in this space is warm and inviting. This space has already been used for holiday mini sessions, boudoir, headshots, family photos, client meetings, video and podcast recordings.
Booking & Pricing
The Studio can be rented in 2, 4, & 8 hours increments only.
Full Studio* - Two Hours - $95 ||| Four Hours - $185 ||| Eight Hours - $350 ||| Full Day - $475
Rentals begin at your scheduled time and not a moment sooner. The rental ends when you walk out of the space. All set up and clean up time must be done during your scheduled rental.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your payment is a retainer that holds your time slot on our calendar. This payment is non-refundable. Booking change requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled time slot will be allowed to reschedule.
Studio
Our Full Studio is brand new. Offer quality light set up. This space has already been used for holiday mini sessions, sports sessions, headshots, family photos, and Fashion Beauty.
Branding Studio
This Branding Space offers signature natural light windows in addition to the any light set up to make the ambiance in this space warm and inviting. This space has already been used for boudoir, headshots, workshops, branding material and content creators.
Podcast Studio
This space is perfect for your podcast or recording needs.
Newborn Studio
This cozy Studio is to suite your newborn and small children needs.

Cleaning and COVID-19

Limited to one or two bookings a day to allow for ample cleaning time between uses.

We will actively clean and sanitize each area that is used to prepare for the next user.

We are also requiring COVID waivers to be filled out and signed by all users.

Users must take all trash with them and leave nothing behind in our space.
